Welcome to my home page. I am Deepti Aggarwal, a Research Fellow with Prof. Frank Vetere in the Microsoft Research Centre for SocialNUI at the University of Melbourne, Australia. I recently submitted my PhD thesis on 'Supporting Bodily Communication in Video Consultations of Physiotherapy' (under review). My research interests lie in exploring how interactive technologies could enhance the user experience of teleconsultation sessions; and how can we utilise computational technologies to make video consultations effective in terms of clinical outcomes. I aim to see my research being applied in medical domain serving people who, otherwise, have limited ways to access health services.
